• 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips• 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil• 1 3/4 cups water• 2 Tbsp. peanut butter• 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar or white vinegar• 1 Tbsp. soy sauce• 1/4 tsp. ground ginger (optional)• 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor• 1/2 cup thawed frozen green peas or drained canned green peas
How to Cook?
1. Cook seasoned chicken and pour desirable salt and ground black pepper on to it.Take a nonstick skillet and heat oil in it over medium high heat. 2. Cook chicken in the skillet and keep on stirring it occasionally. Wait until you thoroughly cook the chicken. Wait for about 5 minutes before removing the chicken from the stove and setting it aside. 3. Use the same skillet in which the chicken was cooked. Stir a mixture of water, vinegar, ginger, and soy sauce in the skillet. Next, boil the mixture over high heat. Take Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor and cook it in the mixture over medium heat. Keep on stirring the mixture for about 8 minutes until you see that rice get tender. 4. Stir chicken and peas on medium heat. Pour garnish over the mix, if desired, along with finely chopped green onions and peanuts.5. Cover everything and cook the entire mix over medium heat. Wait for 8 minutes to let the rice get tender.
