Method
- Mix one egg and all other ingredients in a bowl and make kebabs.
- Beat egg and coat kebabs with it.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry kebabs golden from both sides.

- Decorate serving dish with lettuce, tomato and lemon and place kebabs in dish; serve.
BIHARI QEEEMA RECIPE
Ingredients:
Beef mince (boiled) 300 grams
Cottage cheese (grated) 200 grams

Red chillies (crushed) 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds (crushed) ½ tsp
Coriander seeds (crushed) ½ tsp
Eggs 2
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Green chillies (chopped) 5
Fresh coriander ½ bunch
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Lettuce, tomato, lemon (cubed) for decoration
