Method:
- Marinate chicken with ½ white pepper, cornflour, egg, soya sauce and salt; set aside for a little while.
- Heat oil in a wok; fry chicken pieces golden; remove on an absorbent paper.
- Heat oil in a wok; cook garlic, remaining white pepper, chilli garlic sauce, oyster sauce, capsicum, spring onion, chillies, onion and chicken; cook for a few minutes; dist out.

Spring onion (cut lengthwise) 1
Green chillies (cut lengthwise) 6
Onion (cubed) 1
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil ½ cup + for frying
