METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pot; fry onion, garlic and ginger.
- Add mutton, tomatoes, green chillies and water; cook till mutton is tender.
- When dry, add all remaining ingredients except butter and fry; add butter; dish out.
- Sprinkle coriander; serve.

Oil 4 tbsp
Fresh coriander (chopped) for sprinkling
